This Kiwi Vinaigrette is fresh, delicious, and easy to make! It is perfect on any salad, vegetable, or as a dip. It also pairs well when used over cooked chicken, fish, and seafood as well as cold quinoa or pasta salad because of its light and fresh taste.
Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend very well until dressing like consistency. If needed add salt and pepper to taste.
